Pinterest Recipe: Creamy Garlic Spaghetti

When I saw this recipe on Pinterest, I knew this was something that I needed to try! It’s got 2 of my favorite things in one recipe: pasta and garlic! I’ve made it a few times for dinner, and it’s just as delicious each time!

Ingredients:
2 tsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbs butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 C chicken broth
8 oz. spaghetti
1 C Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 C heavy cream
2 Tbs chopped parsley

Directions:

In a pot, heat the oil over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and stir, cooking for about 2 minutes. Add the butter and mix until melted.

Add the salt, pepper, and chicken broth. Turn heat to high and bring to a boil.

At a rolling boil, add the spaghetti and cook according to the directions on the package.

Once cooked, reduce the heat to medium and add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.

Remove from heat and stir in cream and parsley.

CREAMY GARLIC SPAGHETTI
